• If I pick business hours that means is between 8am – 6pm?

• What happens if my meals are stolen upon delivery?

  Workout Meals accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered and an SMS has been  sent to the client showing the location of the goods.

• Would I be notified when my delivery arrives?

  You will receive an SMS the night before with an ETA and a link to track your delivery + an SMS upon delivery.
