Can I recycle the contents?

You can recycle Workout Meals!

Cardboard Box & Liners Our cardboard box is 100% recyclable, simply tear it apart so it’s flat and then pop it into your yellow curbside bin so they can live on! Within the box, you will find the liner which is recyclable and are also suitable to dispose of at soft plastic collection points across Australia.

Freezer Gel Packs The cooling gel packs and have got a whole lot cooler. The outer tubing of each gel pack is made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE4) and is 100% Recyclable. Safely dispose of the gel contents as per our guidelines. The outer tubing can then be deposited into soft plastic recycling bins located at most major supermarkets around Australia. Once processed and recycled, soft plastics can become a plant pot, park bench or even another form of packaging one day!
Some cool tips you can do with your gel packs: The gel in the packs contain 99.5% water and 0.5% Sodium Polyacrylate which can help to retain water so it’s perfect to put onto your garden soil.
Cut the corner on the gel pack, add salt and then shake the pouch for 20 seconds which will mix the salt and gel into a liquid then you can safely pour down the drain. Then recycle the outer pouch with the other soft plastics.

Meal trays Once you have finished your delicious meal, the next step is to dispose of your meal tray which is again 100% recyclable and BPA free, so you can put it into your yellow curbside along with the cardboard sleeve. Finally, recycle the vacuum seal film with soft plastics at collection points across Australia.

Vacuum Seal Film can be recycled in soft plastics.

Cardboard sleeve can be recycled in the normal recycling collection.
