If you have a list of preferred meals from the menu that you would like to include in your meal plan you can provide them up for consideration. However, it should be noted that if these meals don’t fit within your daily calorie and macro nutritional requirements they may need to be omitted (e.g. meals that are too high in dietary fats, etc.)
If you have a list of meals or foods from the menu that you DON’T want included in your meal (e.g. red meat, fish, etc.) let us know in advance when you sign up and your coach can design a plan that doesn’t include those meals/ foods.
