  • Can I change the meals in my meal plan?

    Yes. If after trying the meals in your meal plan you find that there is a meal that you don’t want to eat simply send your coach a message via the WM360 App and they will remove the meal and adjust your meal plan to include a meal that you would prefer and/ or fits your daily calories and macros.
  • Can I pick and choose the meals in my plan?

    If you have a list of preferred meals from the menu that you would like to include in your meal plan you can provide them up for consideration.   • How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service through the Workout Meals website.
  • How do I activate my account for the first time?

    When you subscribe for the first time you will receive a confirmation email which will show you how to activate your subscription. You must do this in order to manage your account.
  • I have been given calories/ macros by my PT/coach can you design a meal plan that fits these macros?

    Yes. If you provide us with your daily calorie/ macro targets we can do our best to design a plan that fits those macros.
  • What if I don’t have access to a gym?

    Gym closed? Stuck in lock down? Don't worry we’ve got you covered! BOTH Gym and Home training program options are available to ensure that regardless of your circumstances and available equipment you're still able to make progress in pursuit of your fitness goals.

    If you have an allergy to gluten, nuts or any other food we will do our best to design a plan for you based on the meals provided on our menu. However, if this proves to be problematic and impractical, we will let you know and look for alternative avenues you can take.
