What if I have an injury?

If you have an existing injury, you should seek out the guidance of a qualified physiotherapist, chiropractor or other qualified medical practitioner to give you clearance to train. In some cases, we will be able to design a training program around your injury but your coach will need the exercise prescription recommendations and guidelines provided by your physio before proceeding with the design of your training program.
If you have a past injury which limits your ability to exercise or you can’t perform certain exercises (e.g., Squats, Deadlifts, etc.) simply let your coach know and they will modify and adjust your training program accordingly.
